November – It’s been a pretty grey month for me. Literally grey most days, with very little sunlight managing to lift our spirits and emotionally grey too, with the loss this month of someone who was and always will be very dear to me.
I’ve rather auto-piloted through most days.
But the wheel doesn’t stop, it keeps turning and we go along too. I find comfort in that.
And I am reminded how important it is to live life fully and gratefully.
So when nature drops a dragon in your path – obviously you pick it up and take it home…
❤
It’s a brilliant dragon! I’m sorry for your loss x
Thanks Jessica, and yes, I’m pretty happy with the dragon 🙂 x
Sorry to hear your month so far has been rather grey! Hope the fabulous dragon will bring a smile to you now and then amongst the greyness. That first photo is beautiful – serene and peaceful and sometimes we need a bit of that as life can’t be all blue skies and bright colours.
You’re quite right, we have to go with the ups and downs, I’m getting there 🙂
My sympathies.
I hope your dragon with the gentle smile helps to lift your spirits..
Thank you – I’m sitting here with the dragon on my desk and he’s (it certainly seems to be a ‘he’) definitely helping 🙂
Blessings to you Anny
Thank you, much appreciated xxx
I’m glad you found a dragon – even on the greyest days there’s a ray of hope. We should all remember to live life fully and gratefully.
So true Anne, sometimes we need an occasional jolt to remind us xxx
My sympathies for your loss. Your golden swirls are bursting with life. Wonderful how exercising one’s creativity can lift us and bring us hope. A license plate I saw once said, “Art saves lives,” and I believe it.
Ah yes, Victoria, in our arty group we’ve said the same thing – it really does save lives and makes lives worth living – bless you x
